Dr. Akosua Vilaysane was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She completed her undergraduate (BSc) and graduate (PhD) degrees at the University of Calgary and studied dentistry at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Vilaysane herself has been a patient at Dentistry at Market Mall since she was a child and remembers playing in the play area! She enjoys getting to know her patients and aims to provide a safe, compassionate space for all.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, building Lego, and travelling; with a lifelong goal of setting foot on all seven continents!
